Return & Refund Policy

Damage or Loss

We are fully insured for damage or loss during transit and delivery. If you have had an issue please contact us so we can start fixing this issue.

Returns

We inspect all panels before they leave our warehouse but if we miss a significant manufacturing fault you would be eligible for a return or refund at our discretion. Minor blemishes, scratches and or dents do not qualify for refunds. These panels have travelled a long way and are hand loaded and unloaded multiple times. While all care is taken minor blemishes, scratches and or dents can occur and this is normal in the panel industry. These faults are remedied by the end user through the normal process of panel preparation before painting and fitment.

Returns due to damage that occurred during manufacture should be made within 15 days since your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds do not apply to seconds items or if stated in any particular product description


Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact sales@cruiserpanels.com.au to start the procedure. All goods are returned at the buyer's cost and original Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for an exchanged item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend that all returns use trackable shipping with shipping insurance.
