Purpose of the Website

Our website is an online store for customers to browse and purchase vehicle panels and accessories for delivery.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under Victorian jurisdiction.

 

 

2. Payment & Refunds

We accept payments via:

  • Visa & Mastercard

  • PayPal

  • PayPal Pay in 4

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect fitment due to customer error

To request a refund, please contact us at sales@cruiserpanels.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for the request.

Australian Consumer Law Compliance

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the ACL. If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to remedies under the law.

 

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Options

We offer shipping options within Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and type as well as order size and weight

Delivery Times

Delivery Times are beyond our control but Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days from the time the courier picks up.  Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, weather events).

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect address information. Different pricing may apply between Business and residential addresses. To qualify for a Business delivery rate your address must be recognized by our couriers system as a bonafide commercial  business address with relevant business signage ie a business run from a residential address will not qualify

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Our Insurance providers will work to replace these items immediately.
